I'm so happy with the changes my body is making. It's hard and it takes a lot of work and a great deal of focus, but things are happening! This month I've taken on a 100 Body weight calf raises a day, EVERY single day this month! The first few days, I sucked at it. I cramped around 40-52, and I felt it trying to walk. Today is day 15, and I can pretty much make it through the whole set, only stopping to adjust my stance.
But the big thing, I'm finally seeing definition and growth in my shoulders and arms! I just have BIG arms, but now I'm dropping body fat and you can actually see that there's muscle there!
