Like last year, with Craig Capurso, this year I looked for the hardest workout program I could find to tackle. Thanks to a friend, I found Kris Gethin and his 8-week Hardcore Trainer. You can find Kris's program here: Hard Core Trainer
This program involves working out twice a day. It's not easy, not by a long shot. Usually after running on Sundays and working on quads and glutes on Monday morning, by Monday afternoon, I'm sore and looking for someone to pull my fried body up after I've sat down.
But I'm liking it. Today I finished the lifting part of Week 3. I still have my second session of cardio this afternoon, but I'm getting there. I took my body fat percentage on my Omron and it was actually down to a 26.6%. I still have a ways to go, but hey, it's getting there!
