I'll honestly tell you that I weighed in Monday morning at 152.5. Workouts are going well, Eating is still and issue. I'm doing Keto adaptive mixed in with several times of Intermittent Fasting a week. Because of my diabetes, I'm unlikely to go into full keto. I'm ok with that. My body and my diabetes works better and seems happier with a few carbs. I've been keeping it under 50, but then things like last night happen. Low Blood sugar and before I know it, I'm taking in 18g of carbs in pretty pure sugar to get stable.
I'm seeing the start of some good strength gains. Legs are definitely getting stronger, I can bench press more. I don't think I'll ever be back to benching 150#, but that's ok.
I found a great junk of time just to run on Sunday. I was slow, but managed to knock out 3.5 miles fairly easily.
