For many years, photography has been my way of connecting with people. Through my lens, I witnessed some of life’s most meaningful transitions; seniors stepping into adulthood, families growing together, and individuals embracing self-confidence in front of the camera. Photography taught me how to see people, truly see them; their emotions, their resilience, their stories.

BUT, I haven’t always been a photographer. Prior to this current version of myself, was a person who connected, understood and supported people in the emotional journey of life. I’m now pivoting back to the career I began in my young adult life.  While I’m not giving up photography, it will be a side hustle, I’m fully embracing my return to a career in mental health therapy

Just as photography helped people see themselves differently on the outside, therapy allows me to help them heal and grow from the inside out. It’s still about perspective - only now, the focus is emotional clarity rather than visual composition.

I’ll always treasure the years spent behind the camera and the incredible clients who trusted me to capture their milestones. I'm not closing Memories in Time Photography, I will still have availability evenings and weekends for headshots and portraits. It is your stories that inspired this next step, a move from documenting transformation to facilitating it.
