   I just wanted to let everyone know of some policy changes going into effect on October 1st.  These changes will ensure a better experience for you with our studio, a faster turn around, and better pricing.

    As it is now, for most of our sessions (other than weddings) your gallery is posted one week later.  We pride ourselves at getting your images edited and ready for you to view.  With our new policy, once your gallery is posted, you will have one week to order your images at a discounted rate.  After one week, the rates will go to our standard prices for one more week.  After your gallery has been up for 2 weeks, you gallery will be removed from our website.  If you need your gallery to be re-posted, we will do so for a fee of $25.  Your gallery will be available to order from for one more week.

   For weddings, our policies are staying pretty much the same.  Wedding galleries will be posted 3 weeks from your wedding date.  Wedding galleries will stay on-line for 3 months from the wedding date.  If you've had an engagement or formal bridal session, those images will also stay on-line until 3 months from the wedding date, and will be in the same gallery as your wedding images to insure easier ordering.

   Sitting fees are non-refundable.  We ask for 72 hours to re-schedule your session without forfeiting your sitting fee.  We know that people can't control when they're sick or the weather, and we're more than willing to be flexible when the weather turns bad or someone is ill.
