My Goals for 2015

Memories in Time Photography

Every year, January 1st rolls around and people start to think about the things they want to accomplish in the year that lies ahead.  People think about personal goals, business goals, resolutions, etc.  Some will do this task without much thought, "I want to lose 10#", but won't put any true plan into place to reach these goals.  They talk about working to improve their business, but never write anything down, never step out of their comfort zone to take that first step to success.

My professional goals were pretty easy.  I want to shoot 20 weddings as Memories in Time Photography.  I want to shoot 10 weddings for other people (because I LOVE to second shoot weddings - it's great to see the style and work flow of other photographers.) I want to photograph 30 high school Seniors, and 25 families.  I hope to sell 40 Giving Social Deals to help put food on the table for 40 families, and finally, I want to take 35 professional head shots.  I want to blog 100 times this year.

So let's talk about how I'm going to do this for my professional goals.  I became a preferred photography for ForeverBride.com  (check out my listing here: http://www.foreverbride.com/photographers/details/27/326-memories-in-time-photography) I'm doing one, and if not 2 wedding fairs starting with the Coon Rapids Civic Center on March 7th.  As for the second shooting, I've been contacted by a couple of studios who like my style and would like me to shoot with them.  I have a GREAT Class of 2016 model program in the work (and if you know of someone, please put them in touch with me) I had a terrific respond last year to my Giving Social program, and with my strong marketing program, I think I will do fantastically!  And as far as head shots go, well, I've got a great network of people who need professional head shot for their website and social media.  I'll be having a head shot special in the next few weeks, do you need one?  Hit me up!

As for the personal goals, I didn't want to overwhelm you, I'll tackle those next week (And here's a secret, by this time next week, one of my lifelong goals will be ACCOMPLISHED!)
