Class of 2016
For those of you who don't know, when I'm not behind a camera, I'm generally in a classroom teaching children with Special Needs. With a Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development, it fits me. Because of this, I'm one of the few local photographers who specialize in photographing special needs clients, whether that's a small child, autistic adults getting married, or a beautiful high school senior needing their senior portraits taken.
That brings me to Meagan, the 2015 Miss Hope. I was so lucky to have a beautiful early summer day to take her portraits. She has a beautiful laugh, blows kisses, and calls me "goofy girl". She gives hugs freely and makes you smile to just be around her.
For those who don't know. The Hope Pageant is a national pageant for girls with special needs and challenges, held here in Minneapolis. It has been held for the last 5 years. It is a great way for girls and young women to grow in their abilities and self confidence. For more information, please check out there website: http://www.pageantofhope.com/index.html
Congratulations Meagan on your title and we wish you the very best Senior Year!
