Let's get Serious!
Don't worry, I'm still hanging in there. I can see changes that weren't there a few weeks ago, and it keeps me motivated. First off, I can clearly see my top Rectus Abdominis, known as that holy grail, "Six pack" and on somedays, I can see the middle two!
And my shoulders! I can see my shoulder caps when I'm not flexing. It's a huge motivator to keep going.
But my problem is eating... Yep, that's an issue, it always will be. I'm starting to take ownership and responsibility. It seriously helps to track my food at My Fitness Pal. I honestly don't know how people do this without tracking their food. It's pretty clear that a low carb diet is what's best for me, mainly because of my diabetes, but because I think most people consume too many carbs and not enough protein. So I'm flexing my eating between LCHF and LCHP. The scale isn't moving much, BUT that isn't as important to me as how I feel and what I see in the mirror!
