Keto Living
I'd probably be SUPER happy if I could spend my life eating nothing but steak and peanut butter with the occasional Diet Coke thrown in for fun (and Diet Coke is Low Carb = Winning!!)
I've made the decision this week that in the very near future I need to order a few books on living Keto. There are TONS of free info on the WWW, but I like to actually have a book with me to read, to mark on, to have with me while I'm waiting.
I had a little problem this week at the wedding I photographed at the old Schmidt Brewery. For the most part, I avoided the rice and the chips, but I did have a piece of wedding cake.
Workouts are still SPECTACULAR. I see gains at almost every session. I can feel the muscle under the fat layer! At 26.6%, there isn't too much, but still more than I need!

I wanted to share my SUPER simple cheese lasagna recipe. You can make it in 2 minutes as long as you have a microwave. A slice of deli cheese, topped with 3oz of deli ham, topped with 1/4 of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of pizza sauce and top all of that with another piece of deli cheese. Microwave for a minute. I have found this to be VERY filling. Macros are 12g. carb, 16g. fat and 32g. protein. It's easy, and I need easy.
